Simple is best when you come straight from di Palo’s with fresh mozzarella, prosciutto di Parma on warm pizza bianca. there’s a bit of arugula and radicchio

Emily wont eat meat or cheese, but she’s OK with a bit of tuna – so we have Italian tuna in olive oil with a mixed green salad and edamame with carrot and cilantro; a new really good flaxseed bread from Wholefoods and yellow squash soup

It’s a two cheese lunch – the best caprino (the soft one) on toasted baguette; and aged pecorino with a watercress and cherry tomato salad with walnuts and a lemon mustard dressing.
