whitefish salad on toast with cornichons, endive and microgreens. Marie – believe me, it’s really good (everyone’s favorite!) – you’ll just have to have lunch with us!

another case of ‘simple is best’ – one of our long time favorites: avocado on toast with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and balsamic vinegar along with a mixed salad of endive and sprouts

extremely tasty gorgonzola dolce with pear; a mixed salad of radicchio, micro greens (shoots etc), arugula and walnuts along with the french country bread from Almondine

hard to see what’s going on here! actually it’s a leftover special – smoked whitefish on pumpernickel rye toast with parsley, red onion and a lemon dressing; baked eggplant, potatoes and an arugula and endive salad

today we have an open ciabatta sandwich of mozzarella, roasted yellow pepper and baked zucchini, with a little hot chili oil – pretty damn good! along with a mixed green and grape tomato salad

whole smoked white fish from Acme with lemon mayo dressing, boiled potatoes and a mixed salad – it’s a shame I forgot to bring the pumpernickel bread for this one

delicious prosciutto cotto from di Palo’s with a hard boiled egg and mixed salad – I suppose it’s really an open ham and egg sandwich

back from di Palo’s – again! and we stick with the simple: prosciutto di Parma and the freshest unsalted mozzarella with a little sun dried tomato on warm pressed ciabatta
