a pretty delicious pea and onion frittata today along with a basic salad and this really good sprouted multi grain bread, toasted
tuna salad with butter beans , parsley and red onion along with green salad witha mustard dressing
fresh from di Palo’s – mozzarella and prosciutto crudo on multigrain bread
so, we’re in 2010 with many lunches ahead – starting with lentils, smoked mackerel, a nice horseradish/tartar sauce, mixed green and endive salad
red leafed lettuce with beetroot, fresh french feta and prosciutto cotto – simple
continuing cold, so today we have butternut squash soup; roasted red peppers, zucchini, shallots along with fresh spinach, crucolo from Trentino and cibatta
