a salad of smoked barbeque salmon, black beans, fennel, cucumber, yellow pepper, parsley with a lemon/mayo vinaigrette on green lettuce with amazing rustic wholewheat bread (casareccio) from pain d’avignon

first lunch posted to our ‘getting newer’ site (I’ve been holding some back) – sautéed portobello mushroom and some kind of manchego cheese (possibly Iberico?) along with a salad of fennel, parsley, red onion, coriander and pumpkin seeds

this probably doesn’t look like much, but it’s the great combination of fresh mozzarella, anchovy paste and broccoli rabe on a ciabatta roll and it tastes so good
