roast lamb (always better the day after), some of the peperoncino salsa on watercress with a homemade tzatziki using persian cucumbers and plain yoghurt which came out really well

avocado on 7 grain with big shrimp, some black pepper, olive oil, chunky sea salt and balsamic vinegar – alright!
