our last tin of mackerel from Italy on toasted pane francese with a little mayo, jalepeño, cucumber and cornichons – so good

a tuna salad with everything –  celery, celeriac, cucumber, grape tomatoes, red onion, edamame, black olives, cornichons and celantro  on butter lettuce with 7 grain bread from Pain d’Avignon

roast herbed pork, black beans, celery and red onion salad along with a mixed green salad and our habanero mayo – improved with cornichons (needed the vinegar)

simple enough – fra mani rosemary ham, fresh mozzarella and arugula with some sliced jalapeño on toasted multi grain along with some tomato soup
