roast herbed chicken from Wholefoods (+Branston’s pickle of course) with a salad of arugula, radicchio, walnuts and the rest of the yellow and red roasted beets

a delicious pecorino di noci (that comes wrapped in walnut leaves) with an arugula, radicchio and beetroot salad – both yellow and red that we cooked last night

the rest of the asparagus and parmesan frittata in a toasted baguette sandwich with radicchio – this tasted really good!
