what just may be the favorite sandwich – fresh mozzarella with a smear of anchovy paste and broccoli rabe with chili flakes and a little olive oil. A Roman holiday!

gorgonzola dolce and thinly sliced apple (I’ve forgotten what kind), some radicchio and endive with a mustard dressing on ciabattina

fresh mozzarella, prosciutto crudo and some delicious yellow pepper in oil, garlic and parsley on a baguette with artichoke paste (we roasted the peppers this morning – without setting off the smoke alarm)
