what we made for lunch 10.03.09

a delicious sandwich with olive pesto,fresh mozzarella, grilled eggplant and roasted red pepper. looking at the size of the black olive, one would think we had a miniature sandwich but in fact the olive was massive (about 2″!) and really good – they came from Sahadis
Elsbeth was a lunch guest today while on her NY trip – welcome back!
