straight from di Palo’s (once more!) – prosciutto di Parma and fresh mozzarella on pizza bianca with tomato soup

Elsbeth, our gallery assistant makes us a traditional Dutch winter soup/stew called ‘snert’ which comprises of split peas, carrots, onions, fennel, sausage and beef.
OK, so it’s not the most glamorous(!) but tasted good, even though apparently it should be thicker
