what we made for lunch 09.07.12

been busy and I let myself get too far behind on the lunch report, so I’ll jump back in (I hope to fill in the missing lunches later – at least the interesting ones)

meanwhile we’re back from Italy with a can of mackerel from the co-op, on toasted country bread with a little mayo, a sprinkle of chili powder and cornichons – so good
