what we made for lunch 04.24.09
long time no Acme! so today is a classic: their pastrami smoked salmon and cream cheese, cucumber, cornichons and dill on pumpernickel bread with a fennel salad.
What we made for lunch. 01.15.09
it’s freezing, so soup is necessary! – tomato with olive oil and a little chili powder. White fish, cucumber, cornichon and parsley on multigrain baguette with an endive salad
What we made for lunch. 01.10.09
salmon from Acme with a lemon mustard mayo dressing along with another great leftover from the potluck – Sylvia Grieser’s bavarian potato salad (even better after a couple of days) and a cucumber and parsley salad; pumpernickel bread.

it’s Friday again, so it’s off to Acme in Greenpoint (this time taking Jane D’Arensbourg) to pick up some fish. So, it’s the freshest smoked pastrami salmon with cream cheese and cucumber, on an assortment of pumpernickel, sesame multi-seed bagels
