looks like an explosion of arugula and radicchio salad on toasted ciabatta bread with sauteed portobello mushroom, chavrie goat cheese and a sprinkle of chili flakes

it’s the Dumbo Arts Festival and we eat in shifts so it’s time for some grilled veg – zucchini, red peppers, yellow squash and shallot along with couscous with parsley and toasted pine nuts and that really good chavrie goat cheese
