what we made for lunch 04.08.10
a delicious pecorino di noci (that comes wrapped in walnut leaves) with an arugula, radicchio and beetroot salad – both yellow and red that we cooked last night
What we made for lunch. 01.08.10
yellow and green! butternut squash soup with thin slices of jalepeno pepper and a sprinkle of New Mexico chili powder besides a green salad with saffron pecorino from di Palo’s and pear
what we made for lunch 06.17.09
yesterday’s sounded so good, I made the same – this time as a ciabatta sandwich – avocado, prosciutto cotto, pecorino sardo

What we made for lunch. 02.15.09
making do with what we have – saffron and black pepper pecorino with mahogany rice from yesterday, arugula with tomato soup and ciabatta
What we made for lunch. 01.20.09
second round for the squash soup with sour cream; prosciutto di San Daniele with tuscan pecorino, pear, walnuts, chicory salad and toasted french country bread
What we made for lunch. 01.12.09
it was going to be a sandwich, but took a different turn – so we have prosciutto cotto, along with that really good pecorino with saffron and peppercorn (from di Palo’s), a mixed green salad with walnuts and a new organic multigrain baguette from Wholefoods. It’s freezing cold, so tomato soup (with chili powder and olive oil) goes down well
