looks like a deli – prosciutto cotto and provola from di Palo’s, Persian cucumber, sun-dried tomato, Colman’s English and watercress

simple, but always good – fresh mozzarella and broccoli rabe panino (with a wipe of anchovy paste and some hot chili oil) along with a tomato soup

a tasty variation on yesterdays – tuna and cucumber on watercress with some habanero mayo and cornichons

roast lamb (always better the day after), some of the peperoncino salsa on watercress with a homemade tzatziki using persian cucumbers and plain yoghurt which came out really well

smoked salmon on mesclun salad with asparagus, celeriac, sunflower seeds and tartar sauce – baguette is from Balthazar

caught short on stuff today, but still managed to rustle up a celeriac, parsley, fennel and pecorino salad with some toasted 7grain – turned out well

let’s see – looks pretty good to me! Fresh lemon ricotta crostini, arugula with fresh figs and culatello
