country paté with olives and an escarole and apple salad with a piece of manchego type cheese (can’t remember exactly!)

something looks good – mozzarella with peperoncino salsa, fra mani ham and escarole on a sliced baguette

some roast pork and potatoes from the other night,  avocado, escarole and jalepeño with 7 grain bread from Pain d’Avignon

ciabattina with mozzarella, a wipe of anchovy paste, chicory and a little chili oil – so good
